Party 1: The Relaxation Escape

  • Duration: 3 hours total (for 4 clients)

  • Service: 30-minute relaxation massage per client

  • Breaks: 15-minute intervals between clients

  • Total Cost: $600

Party 2: The Serenity Experience

  • Duration: 4.5 hours total (for 6 clients)

  • Service: 30-minute relaxation massage per client

  • Breaks: 15-minute intervals between clients

  • Total Cost: $900

  • Each Guest receives a Massage is Life Goody Bag

Party 3: The Ultimate Bliss

  • Duration: 6 hours total (for 8 clients)

  • Service: 30-minute relaxation massage per client

  • Breaks: 15-minute intervals between clients

  • Total Cost: $1,200

  • Each Guest receives a Massage is Life Goody Bag

Contract Overview

  • Booking: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure the date. The remaining balance is due 8 days prior to the event.​

    • A $25 late payment fee will be added if payment is not made on the schedule date.

    • Please note if party date is within 10 days full payment is due at time of booking.

  • Cancellation Policy: If the party is canceled within 7 days of the scheduled date, a 15% rescheduling fee will apply, and only one reschedule date is allowed. Weather-related cancellations are also non-refundable but 15% reschedule fee is waived.

  • In the event of adverse weather conditions, please be aware that weather can vary significantly across different areas. We carefully consider travel safety and feasibility when determining whether to proceed with your scheduled event. While weather-related cancellations are non-refundable, we prioritize the safety of all parties involved and will communicate any concerns as early as possible. If we determine that travel is unsafe, we will work with you to reschedule the event within a reasonable time frame.​

  • Setup Requirements: At least an 8x8 space per massage station is needed. I will not set up in bedrooms or any areas deemed unsafe.

    • I will arrive 45 mins earlier than the party time to set-up to ensure a prompt start time. ​If I am not able to set-up in time party guest will lose time on their sessions

    • I will need a water source to thoroughly wash my hands between clients

    • WI-FI is preferred 

  • Service Area: Limited to a 20-mile radius. Additional travel fees at the rate of $1 per mile may apply outside this area.

  • Client Responsibility: It is the client’s responsibility to ensure guests are ready for scheduled times. Any delays caused by guests will reduce their massage time accordingly.

  • 1 hour massages will not be giving each guest will receive a 30 minute session.

  • Host will receive a $50 Massage is Life Gift Certificate that can be used for a in-office session within 6 months of party date.

  • Guest will receive a $15 Massage is Life Gift Certificate that can be used for a in-office session within 6 months of party date.

How Our Rates Are Determined

At Massage is Life, we take several factors into account to ensure our rates reflect the quality and care that go into each service. Here’s a breakdown of how our rates are determined:

  • Travel Time: We include the time it takes to travel to and from your location, ensuring we arrive on time and ready to create a relaxing environment for your party.

  • Setup Time: This covers the time needed to set up our complete massage station, which includes a massage table, hot towels, table warmer, music, and sound machine. This preparation is crucial to delivering the high standard of service you expect.

  • Service Time: This is the duration of the actual massage service, timed to perfection to ensure each client receives the full benefit of their session.

  • Breakdown Time: After the party, we carefully pack up our equipment, ensuring the space is left as we found it. This time is included in our overall rate to maintain professionalism and efficiency.

  • Laundry Time: To maintain the highest hygiene standards, all linens and towels are thoroughly washed and sanitized after each event. This process is essential to delivering a clean and comfortable experience for all clients.

  • Load and Unload Time: The time spent loading and unloading our equipment before and after your event is also factored into the rate. This ensures that every detail is handled with care and precision, contributing to the overall quality of your experience.

​Parties average between 4.5-5 Hours in preparation and after party task.

Although the party itself may last a certain amount of time, there are many hours of preparation and follow-up work before and after the event that are accounted for in our pricing.
