Booking Agreement

Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable to another person. Your deposit is applied toward the balance of the appointment for which it was booked.

Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment one time with at least 24 hours’ notice and transfer your original deposit to the new appointment. If you reschedule a second time, the original deposit is forfeited and a new non-refundable deposit is required. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice is considered a late reschedule; the deposit is forfeited and a new deposit is required to book another appointment.

Cancellations: If you cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment and do not reschedule, your deposit is forfeited and does not remain as a future credit.

If you still plan to receive your service, rescheduling rather than canceling is recommended. An eligible reschedule made with proper notice allows your original deposit to transfer to the new appointment, while canceling the appointment forfeits the deposit.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are subject to 50% of the base service cost. Your deposit will be applied toward the 50% fee, and you will be invoiced for any remaining difference. Add-ons and enhancements are not included in the late-cancellation fee. Outstanding fees must be paid before another appointment can be booked.

No-Shows: If you have not arrived or made contact within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, you will be considered a no-show. Your deposit will be forfeited and you will be invoiced for the remaining balance of the base service. The invoice must be paid before another appointment may be booked and cannot be paid using a gift card. Appointments booked with a package session will result in that session being forfeited.

2-Hour & 3-Hour Sessions: These extended appointments require 48 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Changes made within 48 hours are considered late, and the applicable late-cancellation, rescheduling, and no-show policies apply.

I understand and agree that all current policies applicable to my appointment, including payment, illness, inclement weather, medical clearance, professional conduct, right to refuse or discontinue service, and any service-specific policies, will be followed and enforced.
