What Is Massage Is Life On-the-Go?

Massage Is Life On-the-Go is my mobile chair massage service designed to offer quick, accessible self-care at various rotating locations throughout WNY.

These are 15-minute chair massage sessions — focused, targeted, and designed to fit easily into your day — whether you’re on your lunch break, in between errands, or simply need a quick reset without having to schedule a full in-office appointment.

You'll find me offering sessions across different zones or specific locations including:

Kenmore
Tonawanda
Amherst
Williamsville
Buffalo’s East Side
And additional nearby service areas
And specific apartment buildings, Lofts, Condos

How It Works

Sessions are 15 minutes long, performed fully clothed in a comfortable massage chair.
Each session is focused on common tension areas such as the neck, shoulders, upper back, and arms.
These sessions are designed to give you a quick dose of self-care — whether you're dealing with stress, tension, or just want to reset your body and mind.
No long appointments. No undressing. No intake forms. No appointment anxiety — just simple, convenient, and effective care.

Booking Your Session

All Massage Is Life On-the-Go sessions are booked directly online through the booking app.
Services are labeled by area. For example: “15 Min Chair Massage - Ken-Ton.”
Once you select the service and enter your location, you will only see the available dates that correspond with that service area.
This allows you to easily find which days I’m serving your area and book accordingly.
These are not public pop-up events — all sessions are private, booked appointments performed at your location.
My On-the-Go schedule rotates based on in-office availability, often scheduled during slower in-office weeks or days.
I stay within one general service area for each On-the-Go day to minimize travel time and allow for maximum availability.
In addition to individual appointments, some On-the-Go days will be offered exclusively within specific residential locations such as apartment complexes, lofts, or condos. I have secured access to certain private complex Facebook groups where I announce availability for residents on scheduled service dates.

How On-the-Go Differs From My In-Office Sessions

While my in-office work focuses on full body, relaxation-based care and nervous system work, On-the-Go is designed around accessibility and convenience:

Shorter, focused session times
Targeted upper body work only
Fully clothed chair massage
No intake forms required
Private, scheduled appointments performed directly at your location
Lower price point to make self-care easily accessible in your own environment

Both services share the same intentional care — but On-the-Go is designed to meet you where you are.

Sometimes, you need care to come directly to you.

Cancellation & Refund Policy (On-the-Go Specific)

All On-the-Go appointments are non-refundable once booked due to limited area-based scheduling.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to be eligible for an On-the-Go credit.
If you cancel with proper notice (more than 24 hours in advance), you will be issued an On-the-Go credit that can be used when I return to your area.
The credit will remain active for 6 months, but can only be applied to future On-the-Go dates in your specific service area.
Because On-the-Go days rotate based on availability, you are responsible for booking when new dates are announced for your area.
If I arrive at your scheduled appointment and you are unavailable or unable to be seen at your scheduled time, no refund or credit will be issued and the appointment will be marked as unavailable.
If I need to cancel for any reason (emergency, illness, weather, etc.), you will be issued a full refund or given priority access to the next available On-the-Go date for your area.
