Indoor Vendors can setup starting at 11:00 am and must be setup by Noon

Food Trucks and Food Vendors can start setting up at 10 am

Vendors must be set-up the entire duration of event. Breakdown/Cleanup starts at 7:00 (Unless an agreement was made before signing up)

Vendors are responsible to clean their area of any garbage/debris

Vendors cannot burn candles, sage, incense.

Once unloaded vendors are asked to park in the further spots along side Kohl's or by the outdoor field.

• If you are handicap and have a handicap parking tag you may park in the spots directly in front.​

Bring portable chargers (Outlets are very limited)

If you have a larger setup you may arrive at 10:00 am

You are to supply your own table up to 6 ft

2 chairs will be provided or you can bring your own.

Vendors are asked to help advertise event.

Banners cannot be hung on the walls 

No usage of glitter

Food Vendors (Please remember you must supply your own tables, chairs and everything you need to setup.) No electricity is provided 

• You will be in a gravel area not on grass so please ensure you are able to secure your tent​

Massage Therapist

• Your massage chair will be setup behind your table display​

• You must supple you own table.

Fitness Instructors 

• Please remember you must supply your own music/stereo (Family friendly music please) *Ya'll are the Event DJs lol​

• If you want to setup a table to advertise throughout the event you are able to do so (Must provide own table and chairs)

Free Spaces (Community resources, etc)

• Please remember you must provide your own table (1) & Chairs ​

Getting to Location

• The address is 97 Rosalia St. ​

• When putting this into your GPS it can be confusing

• The best way to get to the building is through Kohl's Parking lot on Delaware Ave and drive along side of Kohl's and you will see the big green building. (You can actually see it from Delaware behind the Tim Horton)

• If you like your car I would avoid entering through the old K-Mart /Hippodrome parking lot
