Service Description
Bring Massage Is Life directly to your workplace, school, organization, or staff event with professional on-site massage therapy designed to give your team a chance to pause, reset, and recharge. This service is designed specifically for workplaces and organizations and is not available for residential/home bookings. All corporate wellness massages are fully clothed. Depending on your space and the experience you want to provide, massage chair or massage table service is available. Choose from 2-, 3-, or 4-hour service blocks with individual 5-, 10-, or 20-minute massage sessions. A 5-minute transition period is built in between each participant. Space & Access Requirements A minimum 10' x 10' service area is required for setup. Access to a nearby electrical outlet is required, and a reliable Wi-Fi connection is preferred. Massage Is Life equipment and supplies are transported using a wagon, so ramp or elevator access is strongly preferred when the service area is not located on the ground floor. Please provide any important loading, parking, building-access, stair, or elevator information during booking. Need a date or time that is not currently available on the booking calendar? Earlier start times, later evening appointments, and third-shift accommodations may be available for an additional fee. These arrangements must be approved by email before booking. Booking for multiple days? Cancellation Policy
Full payment is required at booking to reserve your date. Corporate Wellness bookings are non-refundable. Because Massage Is Life typically blocks a significant portion of the workday—and often the full in-office schedule—to accommodate Corporate Wellness bookings, rescheduling fees apply to changes made close to the reserved date. These fees help account for appointment time that may no longer be available to rebook. Each booking may be rescheduled one time only. Requests must be submitted by email. • More than 5 business days before service: No fee • Within 5 business days: $50 rescheduling fee • Within 2 calendar days/48 hours: $100 rescheduling fee Any applicable fee must be paid before the new date is confirmed. A second reschedule request will be treated as a cancellation and the original payment will be forfeited. If severe weather, unsafe road conditions, an official travel advisory, facility closure, or another safety concern prevents services from being provided, the booking may be rescheduled without a fee. Approved weather-related reschedules do not count as the one permitted reschedule. Massage Is Life will arrive approximately 30 minutes before the scheduled start time for setup. A minimum 10' x 10' service area, nearby electrical outlet, and building access are required. Wi-Fi is preferred. Ramp or elevator access is strongly preferred when the service area is not on the ground floor. Delays caused by building access, security, unavailable space, or other site-related issues do not extend the scheduled service end time. Massage sessions are fully clothed and may be provided using a massage chair or massage table. A separate participant sign-up form will be provided after booking. Massage Is Life covers up to $10 in required parking costs. Parking costs over $10 will be invoiced within 24 hours after services are rendered. Early morning, late evening, third-shift, or other times not shown on the booking calendar may be available for an additional fee and must be approved by email before booking. Corporate Wellness services are for workplaces, schools, businesses, organizations, and professional events only—not residential/home bookings.
