About Me
Hi, I’m Angela—born and raised in Buffalo, NY, and a proud member of Bills Mafia. My journey in massage therapy began long before I officially pursued it, and after years of working in the human service field, I knew I was meant to help people in a different way.

I graduated from the New York Institute of Massage in July 2017 and opened my massage therapy business, Massage is Life, on November 21, 2017. Before becoming a licensed massage therapist, I spent nearly a decade working with individuals of all ages—children to elderly—who had mental and physical disabilities. That experience shaped my approach to care, deepened my understanding of diverse needs, and ultimately laid the foundation for Inclusion Wellness WNY.

Over my massage career, I had the privilege of working with families who have children with autism. After learning about my background in the human service field, parents began asking if I could provide massage therapy services to their children. One client turned into two, then three. But it wasn’t until recently that I made the decision to create something bigger—something that would truly serve an underserved community in a meaningful way. And that’s how Inclusion Wellness WNY was born.

As I transition out of Massage is Life full-time, I am still putting energy into it, but in a different way. By significantly reducing my hours and focusing solely on my monthly regular clients, I can maintain my office space—an important foundation for both my nonprofit, Jordyn’s Light Inc., and my grief massage services. This shift allows me to make space for Inclusion Wellness while also dedicating more time to my nonprofit’s mission.

I am also a devoted mother to my son, who will be attending auto tech school in the fall. His passion for cars runs deep, and together, we travel to car shows across the country. He dreams of diving into car photography, as well as learning car wrapping and tinting. My other child, my angel baby, Jordyn Lee W., was born into heaven on August 5, 2020. In her honor, I founded Jordyn’s Light Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to supporting families coping with pregnancy and infant loss.

Through my own grief journey, I recognized the need for massage as a form of emotional and physical healing. This led me to develop grief massage services specifically for those coping with loss, providing a safe space for individuals to relax, release, and find comfort during difficult times.

When I’m not working, I’m either at home cooking—because I’m a homebody at heart—or traveling. I have been fortunate to explore both domestic and international destinations, and while I love many places, South Africa remains my favorite so far. I also have a deep love for cruising with my son, proudly staying Loyal to Royal.

My Massage Therapy Style
I approach massage therapy with a focus on relaxation, stress relief, and trauma-informed care. I integrate deep tissue techniques as needed, but I always emphasize that deep tissue refers to working with deeper muscles—not just applying firm pressure. If you’re looking for an intense, forceful massage, I may not be the best fit. My naturally firm hands allow me to work effectively without excessive force, ensuring your muscles are treated with care and intention.

It’s also important to understand that pressure is subjective—what feels deep to me may not feel deep to you, and vice versa. That’s why communication is key during every session. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, understood, and truly cared for.

Massage is more than just a profession for me—it’s a calling. Whether I’m working with individuals seeking relief from stress and tension, providing support through Inclusion Wellness, or offering grief massage services, my focus is always on helping people feel seen, heard, and supported.

I look forward to being a part of your wellness journey.
