CORPORATE MASSAGE EXPERIENCES

Corporate Wellness Massage is available in 2-, 3-, and 4-hour service blocks.

​

All sessions are fully clothed and designed specifically for workplace and professional environments.

​

Depending on your available space and preferred setup, massage may be provided using a:

Massage Chair or Massage Table

​

Individual sessions are available in:

5 Minutes • 10 Minutes • 15 Minutes

​

• A 5-minute transition period is built in between each participant for sanitation, reset, and transition.

• Corporate Wellness sessions are intentionally designed to be short workplace wellness experiences.

• Massage Is Life does not provide individual Corporate Wellness sessions longer than 15 minutes.

• Back-to-back participant appointments may not be combined to create a longer massage session. Each appointment slot is reserved for one participant only.

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN PARTICIPATE?

​

2-Hour Experience

• 5-Minute Massage: Up to 12 participants

• 10-Minute Massage: Up to 8 participants

• 15-Minute Massage: Up to 6 participants

​

3-Hour Experience

• 5-Minute Massage: Up to 18 participants

• 10-Minute Massage: Up to 12 participants

• 15-Minute Massage: Up to 9 participants

​

A 15-minute therapist break is added to 3-hour events. This break is unpaid and does not reduce the number of participant sessions included.

4-Hour Experience

• 5-Minute Massage: Up to 24 participants

• 10-Minute Massage: Up to 16 participants

• 15-Minute Massage: Up to 12 participants

A 30-minute therapist break is added to 4-hour events. This break is unpaid and does not reduce the number of participant sessions included.

Corporate Wellness services are specifically designed for workplaces, schools, businesses, organizations, and professional events and are not available for residential or in-home bookings.

PARTICIPANT SIGN-UP

• After your Corporate Wellness booking is confirmed, Massage Is Life will provide a separate participant sign-up form.

• The booking organization is responsible for sharing the sign-up form with participating employees, staff members, or attendees.

• Participants must complete any required consent or intake information before receiving massage.

• Massage Is Life reserves the right to modify, shorten, or decline a participant session when massage is not appropriate or cannot be safely provided.

• Participants who arrive late for their assigned massage time may receive a shortened session when possible.

• The overall event schedule will not be extended to accommodate late or missed participant appointments.

SPACE & SETUP REQUIREMENTS

• Massage Is Life will arrive approximately 30 minutes before the scheduled service start time to unload equipment and prepare the massage area.

• Your organization must provide:

• A minimum 10' x 10' service area

• A nearby electrical outlet

• Access to the service area approximately 30 minutes before the scheduled start time

• A reliable Wi-Fi connection is preferred.

• Whenever possible, a reasonably quiet area away from heavy foot traffic is recommended to create a more comfortable experience for participants.

• Massage Is Life transports equipment and supplies using a wagon. Ground-floor access or ramp/elevator access is strongly preferred when the service area is located on another floor.

• Please provide any important information regarding:

• Parking or loading instructions

• Stairs

• Elevator restrictions

• Security checkpoints

• Visitor or badge requirements

• Building-entry procedures

• Distance from the parking/loading area to the service space

• The designated service area should be cleared and ready when Massage Is Life arrives.

• Delays caused by building access, security, unavailable space, staff availability, or other site-related issues do not automatically extend the scheduled service end time.

Corporate Wellness bookings are not necessarily limited to the appointment times displayed on the online booking calendar.

Massage Is Life may be available for:

• Third-Shift Wellness Events

BOOKING MULTIPLE DAYS?

Planning a multi-day employee wellness initiative, staff appreciation week, conference, or recurring workplace experience?

​

• Multiple Corporate Wellness dates may be booked in one transaction.

• Use the Add to Cart button to add each desired date before completing checkout.

• Each date is subject to availability and must be reserved separately.

​

PAYMENT

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve each Corporate Wellness date.

• Corporate Wellness bookings are non-refundable, except when otherwise stated within these policies.

• Corporate Wellness events require dedicated scheduling, travel, equipment preparation, setup time, and extended blocks away from the Massage Is Life office.

• Your date is not reserved until payment has been completed.

​

RESCHEDULING BY THE BOOKING ORGANIZATION

• Massage Is Life typically blocks a significant portion of the workday—and in many cases the full in-office schedule—to accommodate Corporate Wellness bookings.

• Because office appointments may no longer be available to rebook when a corporate event is changed close to the scheduled date, rescheduling fees apply.

• Each Corporate Wellness booking may be rescheduled one time only.

• All rescheduling requests must be submitted by email.

More Than 5 Business Days Before Service

No rescheduling fee.

​

Within 5 Business Days

A $50 rescheduling fee is required.

​

Within 2 Calendar Days / 48 Hours

• A $100 rescheduling fee is required.

• Any applicable rescheduling fee must be paid before the replacement date is confirmed.

• Rescheduled dates are subject to Massage Is Life availability.

• A second request to reschedule will be treated as a cancellation, and the original payment will be forfeited.

IF MASSAGE IS LIFE MUST RESCHEDULE

Massage Is Life understands that your organization has also planned around the reserved service date.

If Massage Is Life must reschedule for a reason unrelated to severe weather, unsafe travel conditions, or another qualifying weather-related circumstance:

• More Than 5 Business Days Before Service

  • Massage Is Life will work with your organization to select another available date.

• Within 5 Business Days

  • Massage Is Life will work with your organization to select another available date and $50 of the original booking payment will be refunded.

• Within 2 Calendar Days / 48 Hours

  • Massage Is Life will work with your organization to select another available date and $100 of the original booking payment will be refunded.

  • If a replacement date cannot be arranged or your organization is unable to accommodate another date, the affected Corporate Wellness booking will be refunded in full.

​

CANCELLATIONS

• Corporate Wellness bookings are non-refundable when canceled by the booking company or organization.

• If the organization cancels the event instead of using the available rescheduling option, payment for the reserved service date will be forfeited.

• Failure to provide reasonable building access, the required service space, or other accommodations necessary for Massage Is Life to provide the booked service may be treated as a same-day cancellation.

WEATHER, BUSINESS CLOSURES & TRAVEL SAFETY

• Western New York weather can vary significantly from one area to another, so weather-related changes will be handled with safety and flexibility in mind.

• A Corporate Wellness booking may be rescheduled due to:

• Severe weather or unsafe road conditions

• Travel advisories or restrictions affecting either the service location or Massage Is Life’s travel route

• Weather-related workplace, school, facility, or business closures

• State of emergency or other significant weather-related safety concerns

• If your workplace, school, or facility closes due to weather, please notify Massage Is Life as soon as possible.

• Approved weather-related reschedules will not have a rescheduling fee and will not count as the organization's one permitted reschedule.

• Massage Is Life may also reschedule when travel to or from the service location cannot be completed safely, even if conditions differ between the Massage Is Life office and the event location.

• Weather-related rescheduling initiated by Massage Is Life does not result in a rescheduling fee or partial refund because these situations are outside either party’s control.

• If an organization chooses to change its booking for reasons unrelated to a closure, advisory, unsafe travel, or other significant weather concern, the standard rescheduling policy will apply.​

PARKING

• Whenever possible, complimentary on-site parking or a designated service/vendor parking space is appreciated.

• Massage Is Life will cover up to $10 in required parking costs.

• If required parking, garage, or facility fees exceed $10, the remaining amount is the responsibility of the booking company or organization.

• Any parking balance exceeding $10 will be invoiced to the booking contact within 24 hours after services are rendered.

BEFORE YOU BOOK

Please make sure:

• Your event is being held at a workplace, school, business, organization, or professional event location.

• Your location is within the listed service ZIP codes or has received prior approval from Massage Is Life.

• A minimum 10' x 10' service area is available.

• A nearby electrical outlet is available.

• Massage Is Life can access the service area approximately 30 minutes before the scheduled start time.

• Any stairs, elevators, security procedures, loading requirements, or paid parking have been disclosed.

• You have reviewed the Corporate Wellness payment, cancellation, rescheduling, weather, parking, access, and service policies.
