🤝 Host a Massage for a Cause Campaign

Here’s a meaningful way to raise funds for your organization or cause—all while encouraging self-care in the community.

Massage for a Cause campaigns are held in-office and provide a simple, low-effort fundraising option.
I'm looking to highlight and support organizations doing real, impactful work across WNY. Whether it’s a cause close to your heart, a school, a shelter, a youth sports or dance team, or a grassroots group making a difference—this is a way to give back through care, connection, and community.

✅ Who can host a campaign:
• 501(c)(3) nonprofits
• Grassroots and community-based organizations
• Schools, youth teams, and local initiatives serving people in need

📝 How it works:
If selected, your organization will be featured for a scheduled Massage for a Cause in-office campaign.
A special booking option (e.g. Massage for a Cause – [Organization Name]) will be added to my online service menu, and 50% of each session booked under your campaign will be donated directly to your organization.

Campaigns run for one full month and include all three session types:
• 10-Min Chair Massage
• 15-Min Chair Massage
• 20-Min Back Massage (table)

Please note: I may run 1–2 campaigns at a time, in addition to my ongoing Massage for a Cause campaign supporting my nonprofit, Jordyn’s Light Inc.

⚠️ Please note:
Massage is Life is also my business, and I have regular in-office clients. I may not always be able to accommodate every campaign request right away. While Massage for a Cause is something I truly love doing, it generates significantly less income due to the 50% donation structure. Because of that—and the physical demands of my work—I have to create balance and pace myself. I appreciate your understanding and support as I continue to serve with purpose.

💳 Donation Process

Once funds are raised through a Massage for a Cause campaign, I make sure they’re donated properly and transparently.

​

For organizations selected to receive support, donations are made through a secure online donation portal whenever available. This ensures a safe, traceable transaction and allows the organization to issue a donation receipt or acknowledgment letter for recordkeeping.

​

Donations will be made from Massage is Life, LLC, and I kindly ask that each organization provides confirmation or a receipt once funds are received.

​

If no online donation option is available, alternate arrangements can be discussed to ensure the donation is received appropriately.

🗓 Campaign Booking Window & Donation Timeline

• Each campaign will be open for booking for one month.

• Once all booked services under that campaign have been completed and tallied, the donation will be processed.

• Please note:

  • While your campaign link will only remain visible on the booking site for 30 days, clients may book appointments for dates beyond that one-month window (depending on how far out my schedule is open).

• For example:

  • If your campaign runs from May 15th to June 15th, but clients booked sessions under your campaign through July 28th, your final donation will not be tallied or processed until after the last session on July 28th—in this case, on July 29th.

• This ensures every booked session is completed and counted accurately before your final donation is issued.

💜 Get Involved: Host a Campaign

Massage for a Cause campaigns are held in-office only.

​

This makes it easier for me to stay on schedule, serve my regular clients, and still pour back into the community through purposeful work.

​

If your organization is selected, a special Massage for a Cause – [Organization Name] option will be added to my booking menu for a set campaign period (typically one month). Clients can choose to support your cause while receiving care.

​

Setting aside special days and time blocks for individual campaigns can be too risky if the slots don’t book—which is why campaigns are fully integrated into my regular schedule. This allows support to flow naturally through my calendar, without requiring event coordination or reserved time that might go unused.

Just host a campaign, help spread the word, and your organization receives 50% of the proceeds from every session booked under your campaign.

As part of the Massage for a Cause experience, we like to keep things exciting for supporters and transparent for campaign hosts.

If a campaign reaches 20 or more completed bookings, every person who booked and completed a session under that campaign will be entered to win a FREE 60-minute massage from Massage is Life!

• One winner will be selected at the end of the campaign once all campaign sessions have been completed

• Session must be completed during the campaign window to qualify

• Applies to Massage for a Cause bookings only

• Winner will be contacted directly and announced via social media

We believe in transparency and communication. Throughout the campaign, you’ll receive a weekly update showing how many Massage for a Cause sessions have been booked and completed under your fundraiser.
