Service Description
The Signature | 4-Hour Experience The Signature is a full-body wellness experience designed for those who want more than a traditional massage. This experience takes place in two separate rooms. You’ll begin in the sound and stretch space with a 60-minute private sound bath, followed by 60 minutes of relaxing assisted stretching on the mat. During this portion of the experience, you will remain fully clothed, so please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move and stretch easily. The assisted stretching is slow, intentional, and breath-focused. You will feel the stretch, but this is not a rigorous or athletic stretching session. The focus is on allowing the body to gradually open, release tension, and settle into a deeper state of relaxation. After your sound and stretch experience, you’ll transition into the massage room for a 2-hour Full-Body Signature Massage featuring elevated relaxation elements including warm bamboo massage, an enhanced hot towel experience, heat, focused scalp and foot work, and other Signature touches woven throughout the session. Because scalp work is part of The Signature experience, hair should be accessible and not styled or secured in a way that restricts access to the scalp. The Signature includes: 60-Minute Private Sound Bath 60-Minute Relaxing Assisted Stretch on the Mat 2-Hour Full-Body Signature Massage Warm Bamboo Massage Elevated Hot Towel Experience Heated Massage Table Focused Scalp + Foot Work Signature Relaxation Elements The 4-Hour Signature allows more time to fully settle into both the sound and stretch portions of the experience before transitioning into massage, creating an extended experience centered around relaxation, release, and intentional self-care. Important: Due to the extended amount of time reserved for this service, cancellation and rescheduling policies differ from shorter appointment durations. Please review the specific 2-hour, 3-hour booking & 4-hour booking policies before scheduling.
Cancellation Policy
2-Hour, 3-Hour & 4-Hour Booking Agreement Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable to another person. Your deposit is applied toward the balance of the appointment booked. Rescheduling: Extended sessions require at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule. You may reschedule one time with proper notice and transfer your original deposit. A second reschedule forfeits the deposit and requires a new non-refundable deposit. Rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice is considered late. The deposit is forfeited and a new deposit is required to book again. Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the appointment forfeit the deposit. If you still plan to receive the service, rescheduling is recommended so an eligible deposit may transfer. (Must Contact me to cancel) Late Cancellations: Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to 50% of the base service cost. Your deposit will be applied toward the fee and any remaining balance will be invoiced. Add-ons and enhancements are not included. Outstanding fees must be paid before booking again. No-Shows: If you have not arrived or made contact within 15 minutes of your appointment time, you are considered a no-show. Your deposit will be forfeited and the remaining base-service balance will be invoiced. The invoice must be paid before booking again and cannot be paid with a gift card. Package appointments forfeit the session. Sound Healing & Assisted Stretching: Some extended services include Sound Healing, Sound Bath, and/or Assisted Stretching. By booking one of these services, you confirm that you have reviewed and agree to the applicable waiver, precautions, and participation requirements. You agree to disclose any health condition, injury, mobility limitation, sound sensitivity, or other concern that may affect safe participation. Massage Is Life may modify, omit, or discontinue any portion of the service when necessary for health or safety. Please Note: These policies apply to 2-hour, 3-hour, and 4-hour sessions because of the extended time reserved. Shorter services follow a separate 24-hour policy. By booking, I confirm that I have reviewed and agree to these terms, the complete Massage Is Life Policies & Procedures, and any applicable service waivers.
