Party requests are completed on the website. Submit the short Party Request Form and you’ll receive an email invoice to secure your date. I will email you first if any additional details are needed. If I am unavailable for the date requested, I will reach out to discuss alternate dates.

How It Works (3 Steps)

Submit a Party Request Form on the website with your desired date, location, and estimated guest count.

Wait for Approval + Invoice — once approved, an invoice is emailed. Full payment is due within 3 days to secure the date.

Relax + Enjoy — I arrive 45 minutes early to unload, set up, and begin massages on time.
Important:

Each guest receives an individual session — no shared or stacked minutes.

Once booked and paid, no refunds are offered unless I have to cancel.
Travel & Setup Requirements
-
Space: Minimum 8×8 ft clear area; 10×10 ft preferred for optimal comfort and movement. Table massage only.

Surfaces: Clean, dry, non‑slippery floor with adequate lighting.

Power: A standard grounded outlet is required (for the heated table and diffuser). Service cannot be provided without power.

Parking & Access: Reserved parking or a close unloading zone is required. If the space is upstairs, elevator access must be available. If the venue charges for parking/valet, the host covers the parking cost.

Environment: Quiet, private area away from loud music and heavy foot traffic when possible.
-
Pets: Please secure pets during the party for safety and sanitation.

Access Window: Host must provide access to the setup area 45 minutes prior to the party start time. Lost setup time due to delayed access will not be extended or refunded.

Accessibility: Let us know any considerations (limited mobility, narrow entryways, stairs) so we can plan the best setup.
Booking & Payment

Parties require full prepayment to secure the date. Hosting a party blocks my in-office schedule for the entire day.

Once approved, an invoice is emailed. Invoice must be paid within 3 days or the date is released.

Afterpay is available (optional) with a $20 processing fee for parties.

No refunds are offered unless I personally have to cancel.

Travel fees apply for events more than 20 miles from 14223.
Reschedule, Cancellation & Weather Policies
Party Rescheduling Policy
Please Read –
When you book a Massage is Life Party, I block my in-office schedule for that entire day. This means I do not accept any in-office client appointments so I can fully commit to your event.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please be mindful that the closer it is to your party date, the harder it is for me to fill those in-office appointment slots. This impacts my income, and if we reschedule, I also have to block another full day in the future to accommodate your new date.
10 or more days before the party:

One-time reschedule allowed to a new available date within 60 days.

No rescheduling fee.
4–9 days before the party:
-
One-time reschedule allowed within 60 days.
-
15% rescheduling fee of the total party rate.
Within 72 hours of the party:
-
One-time reschedule allowed within 60 days.
-
25% rescheduling fee applies.
Cancellation & Refunds

No refunds are offered under any circumstance unless I personally cancel the event.
Inclement Weather Policy
-
I monitor weather from where I am traveling from, through, and to — as weather advisories, travel bans, and conditions can differ by area.

If travel is unsafe or impossible for either party, we will reschedule.
-
There are no refunds due to weather, as it is outside both the host’s and provider’s control.
Access to Space
-
Host must provide access to the massage setup space 45 minutes before the party start time.
-
If access is delayed and setup is shortened, lost time will not be added or refunded.
-
The party start and end times remain the same even if the host or guests arrive late. Lost time cannot be extended.
Health & Illness
-
No sick guests, please. If someone is actively sick or contagious, they must skip their session. Getting sick directly affects my ability to work and my livelihood.
Professional Boundaries

Therapeutic, professional services only. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of service with no refund.
Minors

Parties are for women ages 18 and older only.
Outdoor Setup Policy (Spring & Summer Months)
Outdoor parties are allowed, but must meet the following requirements to ensure safety, professionalism, and equipment protection:
✅ Space Requirement

A minimum 8×8 ft clear space is required — 10×10 ft preferred.

If the host doesn’t have a covered/shaded setup, I can bring my own 10×10 tent, but the same amount of clear level space is still required.
✅ Shade / Cover
-
Massage table must be under a tent, pavilion, covered patio, or fully shaded area.
-
Direct sun exposure is not permitted due to heat risk, client discomfort, and equipment damage.
✅ Ground & Surface
-
Setup must be on a flat, stable surface (concrete, deck, hardwood, pavilion floor).
-
Grass or sand is acceptable only if discussed ahead of time. Ground must be flat, dry, solid, and free of holes, mud, dips, sprinkler heads, or tripping hazards to protect guest and therapist safety.
✅ Temperature & Conditions

Outdoor setup will not be provided if:

Temperature is above 85°F

There is a heat advisory, storm warning, extreme humidity, or poor air quality

In those cases, the party must be moved indoors to continue.
✅ Power Source

Access to power is still required, even outdoors
-
Extension cords must be safe, dry, and secured away from walkways.
✅ Weather Backup Plan Required

Host must provide an indoor backup space in case of rain, wind, storms, or unsafe weather.
-
There are no refunds due to weather if no indoor space is provided.
✅ Privacy & Safety
-
Area must allow privacy from public view and be reasonably quiet (no loud music, heavy foot traffic, etc.).

Pets must be secured.
