The Self-Care Expo Vendor Information
Welcome to the official vendor application for The Self-Care Expo, hosted by Massage Is Life, LLC
Please review all information carefully before submitting.
This form is for vendors who are payment-ready and serious about securing their spot.
Unfortunately, during past events, many applications were submitted, and time was spent creating individualized approval emails and invoices — but payments were not submitted by the due date. This caused delays in confirming vendors and limited the ability to accept same-type businesses or fill available spaces accurately.
To keep this process fair, efficient, and organized, only submit this form if you’re ready to make payment within 24 hours of approval. This allows me to move forward with other interested vendors in similar categories without delays. As soon as you are ready you may apply!
As a full-time small business owner and nonprofit founder I have a full plate, I dedicate a significant amount of time to organizing and bringing these events to life. Having things submitted and paid promptly helps keep the process smooth and prevents me from having to backtrack.
The goal is to have all vendor spots filled by the end January, so I can shift my full focus to marketing, advertising, and highlighting the amazing businesses participating in The Self-Care Expo.
Approvals are sent daily — please also check your email (and spam/junk folder) for your approval notice and invoice link.

Vendor Variety

Vendors selling self-care products like body oils, body butters, scrubs, and lotions will be limited, as this category tends to become oversaturated quickly.
