Welcome Message
Welcome to Inclusion Wellness WNY
Wellness should never feel out of reach. Inclusion Wellness WNY provides mobile therapeutic bodywork and wellness support for individuals with different abilities who may not be able to access traditional wellness environments. Every service is delivered with patience, understanding, and respect for each person’s unique needs.
Services are non-medical and do not replace medical treatment.
Why Inclusion Wellness WNY Exists
Inclusion Wellness WNY was created because traditional wellness spaces don’t always meet everyone’s needs. Sensory sensitivities, mobility challenges, medical complexities, or simply comfort preferences can make typical spa or clinic environments inaccessible.
This service exists to bring wellness to the individual — not the other way around.
Mission & Passion
My mission is simple:
To make therapeutic wellness accessible, respectful, and truly inclusive for individuals with different abilities and the families who support them.
Every session is customized. Every client is approached as an individual — not a diagnosis.
Who I Serve
Inclusion Wellness WNY provides mobile wellness services for individuals 6 weeks old through adulthood who require adapted, accessibility-focused care.
This service is designed for individuals who:
-
Have a medical diagnosis or specialized care needs
-
Benefit from services delivered in their own environment
-
Experience barriers accessing traditional wellness spaces
-
Thrive with a slower, individualized, sensory-aware approach
Services may be provided in:
-
Private homes
-
Group homes
-
Approved Community settings
-
Approved Supportive living environments
When This Service May Not Be the Right Fit
Because Inclusion Wellness WNY focuses on accessible, customized care, this service may not be appropriate in certain situations.
This includes:
-
Individuals without a medical diagnosis requiring adapted or specialized care
-
Clients seeking traditional spa-style massage experiences
-
Those requesting high-pressure deep tissue or athletic-performance massage
-
Individuals requiring skilled nursing care or medical treatment beyond the scope of massage therapy
-
Clients seeking last-minute or on-demand availability
If you are looking for a traditional in-office massage experience, my separate in-office practice may be a better fit.

About Me
I’m a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist with a strong foundation in human services, trauma-informed care, and years of hands-on experience supporting individuals with varying abilities and support needs. My approach blends professional training with patience, empathy, and real-life understanding of what accessible care truly requires.
Before entering massage therapy, I spent over a decade working directly with individuals and families navigating diverse physical, developmental, and emotional challenges. That work taught me how to communicate beyond words, adapt quickly, honor sensory needs, and create environments where people feel safe, respected, and understood. Those lessons continue to guide every session I provide today.
Inclusion Wellness WNY was created because I saw firsthand how many individuals simply cannot access traditional wellness spaces — whether due to mobility, sensory sensitivities, medical complexity, or environmental barriers. I wanted to bridge that gap by bringing professional, compassionate wellness services directly to them.
Families and caregivers often tell me they appreciate not just the service itself, but the level of understanding behind it. I don’t rush. I don’t force a standard approach. Every session is individualized, consent-based, and delivered with dignity at the center.
For me, this work isn’t just a service — it’s a commitment to making wellness more accessible, more respectful, and more inclusive for those who have too often been overlooked.

Human Services & Real-World Experience:
My work in the human services field began in 2010, where I supported individuals and families navigating a wide range of abilities, medical needs, and day-to-day challenges. That experience didn’t stop when I transitioned into massage therapy — it carried directly into my practice.
Over the years, I’ve continued working with multiple families and children with different abilities through therapeutic massage, adapting sessions to meet sensory, mobility, communication, and comfort needs. This combination of professional training and real-world experience allows me to approach each client with patience, flexibility, and a deep understanding of how individualized care truly works.
How the Process Works & Client Policies
Because every individual has unique needs, Inclusion Wellness WNY follows a structured process designed to ensure safety, comfort, and high-quality care. Clear expectations help create a smooth and respectful experience for everyone.
Step 1: Required In-Person Consultation
All new clients begin with a required in-person consultation before any hands-on services are scheduled.
During this visit we will:
-
Review medical history and diagnosis
-
Discuss sensory preferences, positioning, and communication styles
-
Assess the environment where services will take place
-
Identify goals, precautions, and comfort considerations
-
Answer caregiver or family questions
This step ensures services are safe, appropriate, and fully customized.
Step 2: Personalized Service Plan
Following the consultation, services are tailored specifically to the individual.
Care plans are based on:
-
Physical and sensory needs
-
Mobility and positioning requirements
-
Communication preferences
-
Medical considerations
-
Comfort level with touch
Every session is adapted with patience, flexibility, and respect.
Step 3: Scheduling & Availability
Because I also operate an in-office massage practice, mobile services are scheduled on a structured weekly basis.
Mobile appointments:
-
Are released weekly
-
Typically open Sundays for the upcoming week
-
Are offered on a first-come, first-served basis
This structure allows for proper travel planning and consistent quality of care.
Service Area & Travel
Inclusion Wellness WNY provides mobile services within a defined service radius of 10 Miles.
Appointments outside this radius may be subject to additional travel fees and are approved on a case-by-case basis.
Step 4: Your First Session
The first session focuses on comfort and pacing.
You can expect:
-
A calm, unrushed approach
-
Clear communication
-
Flexible positioning
-
Respect for sensory and mobility needs
-
Caregiver involvement when helpful
Client Policies & Expectations
To maintain safety and professionalism, the following policies apply to all mobile services.
Rescheduling Policy
Mobile appointments require reserved travel time and preparation.
-
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule an appointment.
-
All sessions are prepaid. Late reschedule requests (less than 24 hours) will result in the session being forfeited.
-
Rescheduled appointments must occur within 30 days of the original appointment date.
-
Rescheduling must be done by directly contacting me. Appointments cannot be rescheduled online.
No-Show Policy
If a client is unavailable, not present, or the service cannot proceed upon arrival, it will be considered a no-show and the prepaid session will be forfeited in full.
Client Late Arrival
Mobile appointments are scheduled within specific time blocks to allow for travel and preparation.
A 15-minute grace period is provided if a client is not immediately ready upon arrival. However, sessions will still end at the originally scheduled time to maintain scheduling consistency.
The full session fee applies regardless of start time.
Illness Policy
If the client or anyone in the household is experiencing a contagious illness (fever, flu, COVID, stomach virus, etc.), the appointment must be rescheduled.
Health and safety are prioritized for all clients and households served.
Environment & Winter Readiness Policy
For services to be provided safely, the environment must be prepared prior to arrival.
The following are required:
-
A clean, clutter-free space large enough for safe setup
-
A reasonably calm environment when possible
-
Pets secured away from the service area
-
Clear and safe access to the home
During winter months:
-
Walkways and driveways must be fully cleared of snow and ice
-
Pathways must be properly salted and safe for walking
If access to the home is unsafe upon arrival, the session may be canceled and subject to the forfeiture policy.
Safety & Appropriateness Considerations
The safety of both client and provider is a priority in all mobile services.
Services may not be appropriate in situations involving:
-
Severe or unpredictable aggressive behavior toward self or others
-
Active behavioral crises requiring clinical or medical intervention
-
Situations where physical safety cannot be reasonably maintained
-
Environments that present safety hazards
Additionally, services may be declined or paused if:
-
There are significant hygiene concerns that prevent safe hands-on care
-
The service environment is unsanitary or unsafe
-
There are active contagious illnesses within the household
-
Basic cleanliness standards necessary for professional service cannot be met
If safety or hygiene concerns are present upon arrival, the session may be canceled and subject to the forfeiture policy.
These decisions are made professionally and respectfully, with the well-being of all parties in mind. Services may be reconsidered if conditions change or appropriate supports are in place.
Equipment & Setup Policy
Inclusion Wellness WNY provides all necessary professional equipment for mobile services.
If a client or facility prefers to use their own massage table or equipment, that is permitted provided it meets safety and stability standards. Session rates remain the same, as pricing reflects professional expertise, travel, time, preparation, and liability coverage — not equipment usage.
If a client is prone to incontinence or accidents, the client or caregiver must provide their own clean sheets, blankets, and any necessary protective coverings. This helps maintain sanitation standards and protects professional equipment.
Proper setup and hygiene preparation are required to ensure services can be provided safely and respectfully.
Approved Service Location Policy
Once the required consultation has been completed, services are approved specifically for the location assessed during that consultation.
Appointments may only be scheduled at that approved location unless a new consultation is completed for a different setting. This ensures:
-
Safety of the environment
-
Proper setup and accessibility
-
Consistent quality of care
-
Accurate accommodation of mobility, sensory, and medical needs
If services are requested at a new home, facility, or community setting, a new consultation may be required prior to scheduling.
Inclement Weather Policy (Provider-Initiated)
Safety is always the top priority.
Because mobile services involve travel, weather conditions may vary significantly by location. While your area may appear clear, travel routes or surrounding areas may be experiencing severe conditions.
In cases of unsafe travel conditions, services may be rescheduled at my discretion. Sessions canceled due to weather or unsafe travel conditions will be rescheduled to the next mutually agreed appointment time. Refunds are not issued due to inclement weather.
If your area is experiencing hazardous conditions, please communicate as soon as possible. While I actively monitor weather conditions and travel routes, a courtesy notification is always appreciated.

-
