Speak at the Self-Care Expo

There will be no tables provided unless a speaker requires one for materials. Chairs will be arranged in rows to create an organized and engaging presentation setting. Please note that the room extends slightly farther back than shown in the photo, offering additional space beyond what is pictured.
Share Your Voice at The Self-Care Expo
Have something valuable to share with the community around wellness, self-care, healing, mental health?
We are inviting individuals who would like to voluntarily speak at The Self-Care Expo. This is not a paid speaking opportunity, but a chance to connect, educate, inspire, and be part of an event focused on community, wellness, and meaningful conversations.
We’ve had several individuals reach out expressing interest in speaking—thank you for your patience! We apologize for the delay in opening speaker applications. The original location planned for presentations was not ideal due to the placement of the bathrooms and entrance, so we had to shift a few things around to ensure a more comfortable and professional experience for both speakers and attendees as the field wouldn't be ideal either due to noise.
Speaker sessions will now take place in the Community Room during the event. Chairs will be set up in rows to accommodate approximately 30 attendees, creating an organized and engaging presentation environment. The space will also include two panel chairs, a speaker, and a microphone, with additional folding chairs available if needed for panel discussions.
