MASSAGE IS LIFE FOUNDING MEMBERSHIP POLICIES
Membership Availability
• Membership is limited to a maximum of 20 active members.
• Membership availability is offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Memberships are limited because Massage Is Life is a solo practitioner practice and appointment availability must be maintained for all clients.
• Once all membership spaces are filled, interested clients may request to be added to the membership interest list.
• Current package holders may enroll in the membership program once all package sessions have been used.
• Current package holders who transition into a membership upon completion of their package will automatically receive Founding Member status.
Membership Options
Members may select one of the following membership levels:
• 60-Minute Monthly Membership – $80/month
(Regular Rate $95 | Save $15)
• 75-Minute Monthly Membership – $95/month
(Regular Rate $110 | Save $15)
• 90-Minute Monthly Membership – $115/month
(Regular Rate $130 | Save $15)
Membership includes one session per calendar month based on the selected membership level.
Membership Enrollment
• Membership enrollment is completed through a one-time enrollment invoice.
• Enrollment payment is due upon receipt of the invoice.
• Membership is not active until enrollment payment has been received and a valid card has been successfully stored on file.
• During enrollment, members are required to authorize Square to securely store their payment information for recurring membership billing.
• By completing enrollment and selecting the card-on-file authorization, members authorize Massage Is Life, LLC to charge the saved payment method for recurring membership fees in accordance with the membership terms.
• The card saved during enrollment will be used for recurring membership charges unless updated by the member.
• Members are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method on file at all times.
• Members are responsible for updating expired, replaced, or otherwise invalid payment methods before the next scheduled billing date.
Membership Start Options
Option A – Start Immediately
• Initial membership payment is due upon enrollment.
• Membership benefits become active immediately.
• One membership session may be booked during the current month.
• The next recurring membership payment will be processed on the 1st day of the following month.
• By selecting this option, the member understands they will be charged upon enrollment and again on the next scheduled billing date.
Option B – Begin Membership July 1, 2026
• Initial membership payment is due upon enrollment.
• Membership benefits begin July 1, 2026.
• Members may reserve their July appointment immediately upon enrollment; however, appointments must be scheduled for a July date.
• The next recurring membership payment will not be processed until August 1, 2026.
• Please note the online schedule is generally available up to 30 days in advance.
• Members are encouraged to rebook in-office at the conclusion of their appointment to receive priority scheduling assistance and access to appointment availability beyond the standard online booking window.
• By selecting this option, the member understands they are reserving a membership space beginning July 1, 2026, and that their next recurring membership payment will be processed on August 1, 2026.
Billing & Payment
• Membership fees are non-refundable.
• Membership benefits remain active only while the account is in good standing.
• Membership includes one session per calendar month based on the selected membership level.
• Members may book one membership session per calendar month.
Future Appointment Reservations
• Members may reserve appointments in future billing cycles prior to the applicable membership payment being processed.
• Future appointments are held pending successful processing of the applicable membership payment.
• If a membership payment is declined, a second payment attempt will be made.
• If payment remains unsuccessful after the second attempt, any future membership appointments may be cancelled.
• A $15 failed payment fee will be assessed after the second unsuccessful payment attempt.
• Once a future appointment is cancelled due to non-payment, the original appointment date and time are not guaranteed to remain available.
• Membership benefits will remain suspended until all outstanding balances and fees have been collected.
Membership Fit & Availability
• Prospective members are encouraged to review current business hours prior to enrollment to ensure the membership program is a good fit for their scheduling needs.

• Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Friday: 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM
• Saturdays (when open): 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Membership appointments are subject to availability.
• Members receive priority scheduling assistance when re-booking in-office.
• Booking in advance is strongly recommended.
• Membership does not guarantee a specific day, time, recurring appointment slot, therapist availability, or appointment availability.
• Membership is best suited for clients with flexible scheduling needs.
• Massage Is Life is not open every Saturday and Saturday availability is not guaranteed.
• Same-day appointments are not eligible for membership redemption and may not be booked using a membership session.
• As a solo practitioner, business hours and appointment availability may occasionally be adjusted due to continuing education, community events, vendor events, nonprofit commitments, travel, licensing requirements, or other business-related obligations.
• Members should take current business hours and scheduling availability into consideration prior to enrollment.
• Planned office closures and schedule adjustments are generally announced in advance through the website, booking system, email communications, and/or social media whenever possible.
Membership Session Usage
• Membership requires a minimum commitment of three (3) consecutive monthly billing cycles.
• Members are permitted one reschedule per membership session when notice is provided in accordance with all Massage Is Life cancellation policies.
• Additional reschedules may result in forfeiture of the membership session.
• Members may carry over one unused membership session at a time.
• A rollover session must be used by the end of the following calendar month.
• Rollover sessions may not be rolled over a second time.
• A maximum of two rollover sessions may be granted per calendar year.
• Any unused session that exceeds the rollover period or annual rollover allowance will be forfeited.
• Membership sessions do not accumulate beyond one active rollover session.
• Provider-initiated cancellations and reschedules do not count toward the member's rollover allowance.
Membership Services
• Membership benefits are valid for in-office appointments only.
• Membership benefits may not be applied to mobile services, chair massage services, special events, community events, fundraising events, vendor events, or future services specifically excluded from the membership program.
• Membership sessions are non-transferable.
• Membership sessions have no cash value.
• Membership sessions may not be shared, gifted, sold, transferred, or exchanged for other services.
• Membership sessions may not be redeemed for account credit or refunds.
• Memberships may not be combined with insurance benefits, discounts, promotions, special offers, account credits, gift certificates, package pricing, or other reduced-rate programs unless otherwise specified by Massage Is Life.
Cancellations & No-Shows
• Membership appointments remain subject to all current Massage Is Life scheduling, cancellation, and no-show policies.
• Late cancellations and no-shows may result in forfeiture of the membership session.
• Repeated late cancellations, no-shows, or policy violations may result in membership termination.
Membership Changes
• Members may upgrade or downgrade their membership level subject to availability.
• Membership changes must be requested at least 15 days prior to the next billing cycle via email to angelajessie@massageislifellc.com
• Membership availability is not guaranteed if a membership is cancelled and later requested again.
Membership Cancellation & Pause Policy
• Membership may be cancelled after the initial three-month commitment period with a minimum of 30 days written notice.
• Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to angelajessie@massageislifellc.com.
• Membership fees already processed are non-refundable.
• Any unused eligible membership sessions must be used prior to the membership end date.
• Membership enrollment is not guaranteed after cancellation and rejoining is subject to membership availability and provider decision.
• Once a membership has been cancelled, the membership space may be offered to another client and the member forfeits any claim to that membership space.
• Membership pauses are generally not permitted.
• A membership pause may be requested for qualifying circumstances such as maternity leave, military deployment, surgery, serious illness, or other significant life events approved by Massage Is Life.
• Approved membership pauses may not exceed three (3) consecutive months.
• Membership pauses must be requested in advance whenever possible.
• Membership benefits, billing, and membership status will resume at the conclusion of the approved pause period.
• Massage Is Life reserves the right to approve, deny, or request documentation supporting a membership pause request.
Practice Operations, Emergencies & Inclement Weather
• Massage Is Life is a solo practitioner practice. While every effort is made to maintain scheduled appointments, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally require appointments to be rescheduled.
• In the event of illness, family emergency, personal emergency, severe weather, building issues, utility outages, travel restrictions, continuing education, licensing obligations, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control, appointments may be rescheduled.
• If Massage Is Life must reschedule a membership appointment, the member's session will not be forfeited.
• Membership sessions affected by a provider-initiated reschedule may be carried forward and the member will receive priority scheduling assistance to secure a new appointment.
• While provider-initiated reschedules are uncommon, members acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances may occasionally occur.
• In cases of inclement weather, appointments may be rescheduled when conditions are deemed unsafe for travel by either party.
• Massage Is Life reserves the right to close or adjust business operations due to weather-related concerns, emergencies, or other circumstances impacting safe operation of the practice.
• If Massage Is Life schedules an extended closure or absence that significantly limits members' ability to utilize their monthly membership session, affected members may receive a billing pause, billing adjustment, membership extension, or other accommodation at the discretion of Massage Is Life.
Founding Member Program
• Founding Membership enrollment will remain available until all 20 membership spaces are filled.
• Founding Members receive special membership pricing and benefits in exchange for their commitment to ongoing monthly care.
• Beginning February 15, 2027, Massage Is Life will introduce a new membership structure, pricing, and additional benefits.
• Current Founding Members will receive the first opportunity to renew before membership enrollment is opened to the public.
• Founding Members will receive exclusive renewal incentives not available to the general public.
• Renewal incentives may include discounted pricing, additional benefits, priority access, or other membership perks as determined by Massage Is Life.
• Members who elect to renew under the new membership structure will not be charged under the new pricing until April 1, 2027 or May 1, 2027(As I will be closed a period of time). Final renewal details will be provided prior to enrollment.
• Membership availability under the new program is not guaranteed once enrollment limits have been reached.
Gratuity
• Membership pricing does not include gratuity.
• Gratuity is never required and is always appreciated but completely optional.
Membership Conduct
• Massage Is Life reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate membership for fraud, chargebacks, abusive behavior, harassment, threatening conduct, repeated policy violations, or misuse of membership benefits.
• Membership termination due to policy violations does not entitle the member to a refund of membership fees already paid.
General Policies
• Membership benefits are available only to the enrolled member.
• Membership rates are subject to change following the Founding Member period.
• Membership policies may be updated as necessary with advance notice to active members.
• By enrolling, members agree to all Massage Is Life policies, procedures, and membership terms.
Member Acknowledgement & Additional Information
• Once the enrollment invoice has been paid and a valid card has been successfully saved on file, members may begin scheduling eligible membership appointments based on their selected membership start date.
• Members may schedule additional appointments beyond their included monthly membership session at the standard non-member rates in effect at the time of booking.
• Additional appointments booked outside of the included monthly membership session are subject to all standard Massage Is Life policies and pricing.
• Membership enrollment does not guarantee appointment availability and all appointments remain subject to scheduling availability.
• By submitting the membership enrollment form, members acknowledge that they have read, understand, and agree to all Massage Is Life Founding Membership Policies.
• By submitting the membership enrollment form and completing enrollment, members acknowledge that they are entering into a binding recurring membership agreement with Massage Is Life, LLC.
• By enrolling, members agree to all membership terms, billing requirements, scheduling policies, cancellation policies, rollover policies, and membership conditions outlined in this document.
• Members acknowledge that membership requires a minimum three (3) month commitment.
• Members acknowledge that membership fees are non-refundable.
• Members acknowledge that membership appointments remain subject to availability and do not guarantee a specific day, time, recurring appointment slot, or Saturday availability.
