A little background…

I’m Angela Jessie, Founder of Jordyn’s Light and Owner of Massage Is Life — and this event is deeply personal to me.

Jordyn’s Light was created in memory of my daughter, and this space is being built with intention… not just to show up, but to truly feel, connect, and support one another.

This marks the 3rd annual Jordyn’s Light event, which I typically host at the DFK Pavilion in August. After the sudden loss of Jordyn’s father in March, I made the decision to take a step back following my May 23rd event… but now, I’m bringing everything together in a bigger way.

October is Pregnancy & Infant Loss Awareness Month, and while this cause is deeply meaningful, this event is also about coming together, enjoying the moment, celebrating the lives of our little angels, and raising awareness in a way that brings community, love, and light 🤍✨

The Self-Care Expo Vendor Information

Welcome to the official vendor application for The Self-Care Expo (Fall Edition) featuring Jordyn’s Light Family Fun Day & Raffle Extravaganza, hosted by Massage Is Life, LLC and Jordyn’s Light Inc.

Please review all information carefully before submitting.

This is not just a vendor event — this is a collaborative, high-energy experience bringing together wellness, community, family fun, and purpose in one space.

This form is for vendors who are payment-ready and serious about securing their spot.

Unfortunately, during past events, many applications were submitted, and time was spent creating individualized approval emails and invoices — but payments were not submitted by the due date. This caused delays in confirming vendors and limited the ability to accept same-type businesses or fill available spaces accurately.

To keep this process fair, efficient, and organized, only submit this form if you’re ready to make payment within 24 hours of approval. This allows me to move forward with other interested vendors in similar categories without delays.

As a full-time small business owner and nonprofit founder, I dedicate a significant amount of time to organizing and bringing these events to life. Having applications submitted and paid promptly keeps everything running smoothly and allows me to focus on what matters most — marketing, visibility, and creating a successful experience for everyone involved.

Vendor sign-ups will remain open until September 15th or until all spots are filled — whichever comes first.

Approvals are sent daily — please check your email (including spam/junk folder) for your approval notice and invoice link.

  • Location Details:

    • Address: 1200 Parker Blvd, Tonawanda NY, 14223

    • Venues: DFK Pavilion and Lincoln Park Arena

    • The DFK Pavilion will serve as the eatery area, featuring food and beverage vendors with both indoor and outdoor seating.

Event Note

This will mark the 2nd Self-Care Expo and the 3rd Annual Jordyn’s Light event, and I’m truly excited to continue growing this vision.

Please note that the first Self-Care Expo will take place on May 23rd, so estimated attendance numbers are not yet available at this time. Advertising and marketing remain a top priority to create strong visibility and community engagement — however, attendance can never be guaranteed.

The Jordyn’s Light Family Fun Day & Raffle Extravaganza has traditionally been hosted at the DFK Pavilion as a more intimate, family-centered event, where guests come throughout the day to enter raffles, enjoy food, and allow kids to play and enjoy activities like bounce houses.

By combining both events, this experience is being expanded into something larger — bringing together wellness, community, family fun, and awareness in one space.

Every effort is being made to promote this event across multiple platforms, local communities, and networks to create an engaging and successful experience for all involved.

🧘🏽‍♀️ Vendor Variety

Because this is a collaborative event, we are intentionally creating space for a diverse mix of vendors, businesses, and organizations.

While The Self-Care Expo centers around health, wellness, beauty, and self-care, this combined experience also welcomes lifestyle brands, creative businesses, community resources, and family-friendly offerings to create a more well-rounded event.

We are especially encouraging participation from organizations and resources related to pregnancy and infant loss, aligning with Jordyn’s Light’s mission and the significance of October as Pregnancy & Infant Loss Awareness Month.

We also welcome interactive and creative vendors — such as t-shirt bars, hat bars, charm bars and other custom or hands-on experiences — especially those offering meaningful options where angel parents can create something in honor of their babies, as well as fun, creative activities for all attendees.

In addition to wellness-focused vendors, this event will include a broader mix of complementary businesses — such as prepackaged baked goods, specialty items, and other unique offerings — to enhance the overall experience.

All applications will be reviewed to ensure a strong, well-balanced mix that supports the flow, energy, and overall experience of the event.
