Massage Is Life provides on-site corporate wellness massage for businesses, schools, healthcare teams, and organizations throughout Western New York.
These sessions are designed to help your team pause, breathe, and feel better—right at work—without disrupting the flow of the day.
Corporate wellness services are designed for professional and organizational settings and are not held at residential homes.
What We Offer
On-site massage sessions offered using either a professional massage chair or massage table, based on your event setup and preference.
All sessions are:

A small amount of oil may be used when appropriate, depending on the service and setting.
Whether your team prefers chair or table, the experience is seamless, professional, and easy to incorporate into your day.
Session Options

✔️ 5-minute sessions accommodate up to 6 people per hour
✔️ 10-minute sessions accommodate up to 4 people per hour
Sessions are designed to keep your event flowing while still giving each person a meaningful reset.
Sample Event Breakdown
2-Hour Event

5-minute sessions → up to 12 employees

10-minute sessions → up to 8 employees
3-Hour Event

5-minute sessions → up to 18 employees

10-minute sessions → up to 12 employees
4-Hour Event (plus a 30-minute unpaid break)

Investment

$125 per hour

2-hour minimum / 4-hour maximum

Rate includes travel within 20 miles
✔️ Rate reflects one therapist (solo provider)
✔️ Multi-day events are available upon request
✔️ A 30-minute unpaid break is added to 4-hour bookings (does not reduce service time)
✔️ Pricing is hourly, not per person
If your event is located outside of the 20-mile service area, an adjusted rate will be provided based on distance.
How Booking Works

A designated contact person will receive a sign-up link for employees to reserve their time slots

This helps keep the event organized and running smoothly
Setup Requirements
To ensure a smooth and professional experience, the following is required:

A minimum 10x10 space to comfortably accommodate setup
-
Access to electricity
-
WiFi is preferred
-
A location that is easily accessible for wagon transport (close to entrance or loading area)
Policies

Missed time slots cannot be accommodated
All events will end at the contracted time, regardless of delays -
Payment is due within 3 days of booking to secure your event date
-
Unpaid bookings will be canceled to allow availability for other bookings
-

Scheduling Structure:
-
Sessions are offered in 5- or 10-minute increments
-
A 5-minute buffer is required between each session for sanitation and reset
-
Back-to-back (stacked) bookings are not permitted
-

Booking & Schedule Finalization:
-
A sign-up link will be provided for participants to reserve time slots
-
Changes to the contracted time or schedule are not permitted once the sign-up link has been sent
-
Sign-up links are typically sent 7 days prior to the event
-

Setup & Access Requirements:
-
Client is responsible for ensuring timely access to the space for setup
-
If access to the building or designated space is delayed, missed service time will not be extended

Electricity Requirement:
-
Access to electricity is required
-
If electricity is not available upon arrival, services may be modified or canceled, and the full contracted amount will still apply

Travel Policy:
-
Travel is included within 20 miles
-
Events outside of 20 miles will incur an additional travel fee based on distance

Cancellation & Rescheduling:
-
All bookings are non-refundable
-
One reschedule is permitted and must occur within 60 days of the original event date
-
Reschedule requests must be made at least 5 days prior to the scheduled event
-
Reschedule requests made within 5 days will incur a $100 rebooking fee
-
A second reschedule is not permitted
-
Exceptions apply in cases of inclement weather

Inclement Weather Policy:
In the event of severe weather, events may be rescheduled based on safety and availability -
Right to Refuse Service:
Massage Is Life reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any individual at any time for safety, comfort, or inappropriate behavior
